Bill Manser is an American man who spent five year in prison for failing to pay child support for a child that wasn't his.
In 2015 Mr Manser, along with Elizabeth Sehr and their biological child sued the Roche Biomedical Laboratories, the lab that conducted the DNA test.[1][2]
