Claims women rarely sexually assault others and then admits female prisoners are three times more likely than men to be victims of sexual assault in prison. Who is sexually assaulting them?
Argues women should be less likely to be sent to jail as they suffer higher rates of mental health issues while there. If we follow this argument to its logical conclusion we would punish people with regard to their capacity to tolerate the punishment.
