One area that often surprises people looking at the MRM from outside or even new members is the involvement of women. To reject women in the MRM, or to reject giving women authority merely because they are women, would be to engage in identity politics.
All major men's rights organisations have women in positions of authority. This is not because the MRM has any sort of quotas for women, but rather because the women involved can do the job and are willing to do the job.
