Luke Lazarus is an Australian man residing in Sydney. After Saxon Mullins accused Lazarus of raping her he was arrested, charged, and went to trial. Lazarus was initially convicted but subsequently found not-guilt on appeal using an honest mistake of fact defence.[1][2]
