Grace Tame (born 28 December 1994) is an Australian activist and advocate for survivors of sexual assault. She is also a prominent critic of Israeli government policies. Tame was named 2021 Australian of the Year on 25 January 2021, an honour that recognised her work in supporting survivors of sexual violence and her role in raising awareness about the issue in Australia.
In Febaruary 2026 Anthony Albanese described Grace Tame as difficult when asked to give one word responses on various people and topics. He later claimed to have meant that she had a difficult life.[1]
