Phillip W. Lowcock is a former professor at the University of Kansas. Lowcock lectured in two departments, Athletics Corporation and Health Sport &Exercise Science.[1][2][3]
In an undated video circulated widely online Lowcock openly advocated for men who did not vote for a women as president should be lined up and shot.[4]
