Zoe LaVerne Day (née Pemberton; born June 3, 2001), is an American social media personality. She became famous for her videos on the video sharing app Musical.ly.
In 2020, a video surfaced showing then 19-year-old LaVerne kissing a 13-year-old boy, leading to public controversy and allegations of child grooming. While no legal actions were taken against LaVerne, she acknowledged the relationship with the victim and described the age difference as inappropriate, but also claimed that a close friendship had been formed prior to the recording of the video.[1]
