Saifullah Khan

Saifullah Khan is an Afgan-American man. Mr Khan was born in a refugee camp in 1994 after his family fled the Taliban. He later moved to the United States with his family.

After graduating from high school Mr Khan was accepted in to Yale University to study neuroscience.

On 1 November 2015 Mr Khan was falsely accused of rape by a woman who's name has not been publicly disclosed. On 9 November 2015 he was banned from campus.

In February 2018 Mr Khan went to trial. After a two week trial the jury found in not-guilty after deliberating for a single day.
