Dr Reginald Hamlin (21 April 1908, Napier, New Zealand - 4 August 1993, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia) was a medical doctor.

Dr Reginald Hamlin is co-founder of the Hamlin Fistula Hospital in Adis Ababa, Ethiopia, along with his Australian wife Dr Catherine Hamlin. Dr Reginald Hamlin worked to aid women in Ethiopia suffering from obstetric fistulas from their arrival in the country in 1958 until his death in 1993. Dr Catherine Hamlin continued their work after Reginald's death.[1][2]

Dr Catherine Hamlin passed away in March 2020, with people around the world lauding Dr Catherine Hamlin's accomplishments, and one senior staff member at the Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation referring to her as a saint.[3][4]

Unfortunately, the efforts of Dr Reginald Hamlin has been overshadowed in recent years with the Australian non-profit foundation Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia changing its name to the Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation around 2018.
