Natural gynocentrism

Natural gynocentrism is the fallacious belief that sexually mature women are the most important entities in the human community due to the part they play in reproduction - ie. women are assumed to be more valuable to human society and relationships than men and children. A corollary assumption is that women's lives and wants should be prioritized over those of men, children and the body politic.

Natural gynocentrism involves the denial or ignorance the fact that all adult humans, including women, are child-centric, gene-centric, and utilitarian toward that end. Woman's value is as the instrument of the child's creation & protection and not because her gender, in and of itself, is valued aside from this utilitarian function. MRAs who think we can't overcome gynocentrism because of that have failed to see that it's actually the opposite of other forms of gynocentrism... it involves treating women a little bit like men - as only important because of what we (can and/or are expected to) do.
