Following the trial Guerra held a press conference in which made various comments placing the blame on the 13 year old victim, at one point calling him "aggressive"[1][2][3][4]

Guerra declines to answer any questions after making her statement. As she leaves a reporter says ""Are you honestly saying Brittany was the victim?"
