Maouloud Baby

In 2003 a 16 year old boy, Maouloud Baby, was charged with rape after a woman he was having consensual sex with withdrew consent while they were having intercourse. The woman states that Maouloud Baby continued with intercourse for five seconds after she withdrew consent. Maouloud Baby stated that he stopped as soon as she withdrew consent and denied any wrongdoing. He was subsequently convicted of first degree rape, and was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment with all but five suspended.[1]
