On 4 Dec 2019 [[Paul Elam]] announced a change in the way that future ICMIs will be organised. Different regions will now be able to organise ICMI events independently which may allow for more than one ICMI event per year. The International Conference on Men's Issues (ICMI) are a series of conferences organised by MRAs and held around the world to discuss issues facing men and boys. The inaugural conference was held in 2014, and since 2016 the conference has been held annually.
