International Conference on Men's Issues
The International Conference on Men's Issues (ICMI) are a series of conferences organised by MRAs and held around the world to discuss issues facing men and boys. The inaugural conference was held in 2014, and since 2016 the conference has been held annually.
To date, all ICMI conferences have been held in the United States, United Kingdom or Australia. An ICMI conference is likely to be held in India in the near future.
On 4 Dec 2019 Paul Elam announced a change in the way that future ICMIs will be organised. Different regions will now be able to organise ICMI events independently which may allow for more than one ICMI event per year. ICMIs in Australia or New Zealand must be approved by AMRA, ICMIs in India must be approved by SIFF and ICMIs in Europe or North America must be approved by J4MB.[1] Organisers of ICMIs in the various regions communicate regularly and will seek to avoid any clashes between the conferences.
ICMI conferences are often met with hostility from feminists. This requires a gradual release of the particulars of the next conference. Information on the venue is often only released to conference attendees in the lead up to the conference and is only known publicly after the conference has concluded. The table below is sorted left-right in the order in which information is released.
