all those comforts you take for granted are overwhelmingly provided to you by men. No men no electricity or water in to your house. Yes you don't need 'a man' but you most definitely need men. I need men too. The difference is I know it and I appreciate what they do. Indeed I spend a considerable amount of time trying to improve the lot of men who are less fortunate than myself.

And while we're on the topic of 'not needing a man' it is notable that the separatist feminist communes that were oh so popular in the 70s virtually all failed. Most of them never got past being a house in the suburbs and preferencing female tradies but the ones that really got going as separatist communes ended up converting to more regular communities within a generation. Nearly universally the girls born on the separatist communes abandoned them and returned to civilisation. Compare this to MGTOW which has quietly grown. No loud speeches, no blustering - just men quietly disengaging as they have made an entirely rational choice to avoid the legal and financial risks of relationships with women. Unlike the separatist feminists most MGTOW say they would like relationships with women but they don't believe this is feasible in the current society.
