Vabbing is a practice that has developed among young women in recent years with the intent of attracting men.  The woman will insert her finger in to her vagina and then wipe some of the vaginal fluid on places such as her neck that perfume would normally be used.  These young women believe that the vaginal fluid contains pheromones that will then attract men.
